WANT TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING!
90-MINUTE RESERVATIONS are available up to 30 days in advance. The calendar is a rolling 30-day window and releases each day at noon. We do not permit back-to-back reservations for the same concept (i.e. You can not make two reservations for UnderTow for the same evening). Your 90-minute reservation begins from the selected reservation time, not from the actual arrival time. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we can not guarantee late arrivals an extension of time.
21 & OVER ONLY – Infants and accompanied minors are not permitted. All guests will be asked to provide Valid identification for entry. Paper IDs and photos of IDs are NOT approved by Arizona Department of Liquor for the purchase of alcohol. Failure to show a valid ID will result in denied entry and loss of the pre-paid deposit.
PRE-PAYMENT POLICY – To prevent no-shows and same-day cancellation, making a reservation requires a pre-paid beverage minimum. Pre-payments are charged immediately and require no additional authorization or confirmation. All pre-paid reservations are subject to our cancellation policy.
BOOKING & CANCELING RESERVATIONS –
To change the date, time, or cancel your current reservation, please select the cancel link in your reservation’s email confirmation you received. To re-book, you will have to make a new reservation on the desired day and time. Our guest service team can not modify or cancel reservations.
MODIFYING THE GUEST COUNT – UnderTow’s seating is limited and each table can only accommodate a specific group size. Because of this, adding guests to a reservation does have its limitations (i.e. we only take parties of up to 6 guests at our largest table). You are welcome to text message our host team to see if we have additional availability. We will do our best to accommodate your party.
TYPES OF SEATING – We have bar seating, porthole tables for 2 guests, and two booths that can seat up to 6 guests. Our reservation system is designed to automatically assign a seat based on availability and your party size. If you have a specific seating request, please let us know.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEATING – We only have one porthole table designed to accommodate wheelchair access. This table can comfortably seat two guests. This table is now available via our reservation system and can be booked. If you do not see it available, please notify our team via text or via email through your confirmation email if you require a wheelchair accessible table.
FOOD – We do not offer any food. We encourage all guests to visit one of the amazing neighboring restaurants before or after your visit (check out our IG Guides). Non-alcoholic cocktail options are always available.
HEALTH & WELLNESS – During our 2020 closure, we installed UV Filtration Systems in our HVAC, which kills 99.9% of pathogens circulating through our air system.
AUTOMATIC GRATUITY – Parties of 6 guests or more will be subject to a 22% automatic gratuity on their final bill.
4% STAFF BENEFIT – We include a 4% Staff Benefit Charge to all final bills. This has been added so we can offer the best possible wages and benefits to our team. If you would like it removed from your check, please request it, we’re happy to oblige.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation and receive a refund of your pre-paid beverage minimum minus the non-refundable booking fee up to 8 hours prior to your reservation.
Cancellations within 8 hours of your reservation time, same-day reservation date, time changes, and no-shows are 100% non-refundable.

Environment & Effects
There will be changes in audio & lighting, low visibility, flashing lights, and occasional haze. Please be advised if you have any medical conditions that might be triggered by this environment. We ask that all guests remain seated to ensure the best experience possible.
Late Arrivals
- You will receive a confirmation text from the host desk prior to your arrival. You can communicate with the host directly through this text. Please let us know if you are running late.
Walk-In Policy
- Walk-ins are welcome, reservations are recommended.
